NYC Nightlife: Gin Palace
If you happen to be in the East Village this weekend, or you and your friends are looking for a dark and cozy place to hang out, check out Gin Palace on 95 Ave A and E. 6th st. Inside you will find a steampunk themed bar with leather couches and rustic furnishing, such as cages, industrial lamps and all sorts of gears and cogs.
And did I mention that they serve gin and tonics on tap?
Just in case you get a little too tipsy from all thier tasty gin concoctions you can also grab a snack. They have everything from fish and chips to a beer battered bratwurst.
As if the name doesn't give it away, Gin Palace is a gin focused cocktail bar with speciality foods based off of English pub classics. Drinks are normally priced at $10 and the bar itself is stadium style seating with no tables.
In my opinion, Gin Palace is definitely worth checking out!
